This giveaway is hosted by One by Mark Owen based in New York, NY and is subject to the following rules.
HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is required to enter. To enter, an individual must Like One By Mark Owen on Facebook and/or Instagram, tag the person they are nominating and share a story about why they should win. Entries must include #ONEofakindinspiration.
An individual may submit more than one nominee.
Participants are encouraged to share the contest and request likes on their nomination comment. Prizes will be awarded at our sole discretion based upon the stories that have submitted.
PRIZE VALUE
The value of the prize is estimated at $1500 retail value and the value is determined by our experience. We reserve the right to adjust the value amount at any time. There is no cash equivalent available.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The contest opens on June 22nd at 8am EDT. Submissions will be accepted until July 15, 2020 at 12pm EDT. The winner will be contacted by July 31, 2020.
NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by responding to their comments on Facebook or Instagram and will have one week (7days) once they are notified to respond to us via email or private message. If we do not hear from the winner, we reserve the right to select another winner.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to US residents only and winners must be 18 years of age of older.

Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. We reserve the right to remove any comments that we deem inappropriate, offensive or obscene and have full discretion in determining the reason for removal.

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. By participating, each entrant grants ONE By Mark Owen permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
